Our process begins with a design consultation, where we work with our clients to create a custom pool design that meets their needs and fits their budget. From there, we handle all aspects of the construction process, from obtaining permits to final installation. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.

First Meeting

You've thought about installing a pool for a while but have some questions? Great! That is what we're here for. This first meeting is to get an idea of what you're wanting. We'll often meet in your backyard so we can get a sense of what you're wanting. We'll lay out markers in your yard for some size options and discuss colors.

After our first meeting, you've decided to pull the trigger on your new backyard oasis! We'll use this second meeting to solidify your desires. We will select a size, shape, and color of pool. We'll also select your filtration equipment and any additional desires. We use this opportunity to talk about any questions you have about the rest of the process.
Contract Signing

Congratulations, you've finalized all your selections! Now we go over the contract details, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. We will cover details of the construction process and payment schedule. We'll also pencil in construction dates, but these may change depending on Permits & Procurement.

Ah, now we wait. You've signed your contract and put down your deposit. Your pool materials have been ordered and permit applications have been submitted. Depending on which pool you selected and how your local government works, this period can be as quick as two weeks, or as long as six. Regardless, your dedicated Project Manager will keep you updated each step of the way.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Success! We've obtained the proper permits and have a ship date for your pool materials. Your dedicated Project Manager will come to your house for a Pre-Construction meeting. During this meeting, they will cover expectations previously discussed, traffic flow, jobsite safety (for us and you), and update you on any new information. And always remember, it'll get worse before it gets better.
Construction
There's a hole in your yard, but don't worry! It's supposed to be there. It's important to remember throughout this entire process that your backyard is now an active jobsite. This means there will be construction equipment moving in and out of your yard. We try to take as many precautions as possible to avoid damage, but it is inevitable. Just hang in there, it'll be done soon!

There's light at the end of the tunnel! Water is going into the pool, plumbing is being installed, and electrical wires are being pulled through conduit. The finish line is so close, you can almost taste the victory, but we're not quite there yet! Your pool will be filled with water and the system will be turned on for testing, but we can't let you jump in for just a bit longer! This ensures we can adjust the equipment for proper function.

School's back in session, and you're the student. During training and turnover, we will take the time to walk you through your new pool, equipment, chemicals, and all! You'll learn about the water filtration process, how the water moves within your particular pool, and how to keep the water chemistry balanced. If you forget easily, no worries! We'll leave you with a detailed booklet to reference, and you're always welcome to call us!
